Ing Direct Retirement Planning?

I had a savings account with ING Direct for almost a year now and have always been very happy with them. I just recently started to look in planning for retirement and discovered they also offer Roth IRA with the requirements of very low start. Has anyone heard anything about this service, good or bad? Does anyone use them for retirement planning? I mean this is not always the best idea to make retirement planning a bank because it is not their real specialty.
